Are you a high school senior going off to college in the fall and interested in applying to become a Campus Bound Scholar?
HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
Campus Bound Scholars are motivated high school seniors selected to be matched with trained adult mentors who will provide guidance, information and support the summer prior to departure and throughout college. In addition, Campus Bound Scholars receive a financial award of $1,200 during each year of college, as well as a package of school and dorm room supplies to help them arrive on campus first year prepared for college success.
To be eligible to become a Campus Bound Scholar you must be a student from Westchester County, New York, who meets the following criteria.
You Must:
BE A HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR
accepted to an accredited
4-year college
BE THE FIRST GENERATION
in your family to attend college
PLAN TO RESIDE IN
A DORMITORY
as soon as safely possible
PROVIDE ONE (1)
LETTER OF REFERENCE
from either your guidance counselor or a teacher

Please fill out your student log online and submit at the end of each month to Filipa Pugliese at fpugliese@campusboundscholars.org
How to edit the student log template
1. Click the download student log button below
2. Select "File" in the top left corner
3. Select "Make a copy"
4. Rename the title of the document with your name on it
5. Edit away!
